Young-Looking Female Attorney Finds Way to Beat Bias

Differentiate Your Small Biz by Repurposing Well-Known Slogans

by | Jul 2, 2018 | Small Business |

Here’s a cool idea generator to differentiate your business.

Check out this site for an Atlanta Criminal Law Attorney: FeganLaw.com.

Nicole Fegan leads this firm. Pay special attention to her contrarian attitude. She is winning in a competitive market.

Non-conformist

She is not conforming to what all her lawyer peers expect. Some are secretly hoping for her for her to come “back to the pack,” I’m sure.

Undoubtedly, a ton of jealous competitors routinely criticize her “crassness.”

I sometimes wonder if lawyer-on-lawyer criticism is a “reverse indicator.”

Young female attorney disadvantage

Young attorneys have a lot to overcome early in their practice. Potential clients are justifiably skeptical about trusting young looking attorneys.

New lawyers also don’t know much of any practical use when they graduate from law school. This fact is painfully easy to detect in an initial consult.

This reality is even more true for youthful female criminal defense lawyers. They start from behind the minute open their practice. Most accused criminals are men, and they often don’t want to hire a woman. That is the bias.

Using a milk slogan for a law firm

Nicole masterfully deals with her disadvantage. She takes a well-known marketing slogan (from the milk lobby!) and repurposes it into a stroke of client-attention-grabbing genius.

I’d hire her. She’s bold, and fortune favors the bold. I want fearless attoneys like her.

I also don’t know any lawyers with the guts to sell t-shirts on their website.

I am cheering for her–while trying to figure out what ideas I can repurpose for my firm.
